The Dells Legacy Foundation - Programs
The Dells Legacy Foundation was started in 1995 to preserve the legacy of The Dells and R&B music, while supporting culture, arts, community activism, and education in the South Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. The Foundation focuses on academic scholarships for graduating seniors from Thornton High School, community “Eagles” Awards for emerging leaders, and a special project each year that informs the community about The Dells’ contribution to American music history.

The Dells: A Legacy Commemorative Book
New! The Dells have released a commemorative photo book to celebrate their music, performances, awards, memories, and friendships over a 55-year career in the entertainment industry. The book features photos with musical legends such as Dinah Washington, Mary Wilson and Jackie Wilson. It also shares behind-the-scenes photos with well-known faces such as Jesse Jackson, Billie Jean King, Mike Love (Beach Boys), P.Diddy, Anita Baker, Robert Townsend, and many more.
